We currently provide shipping to the Mainland EU.
Varla will do our utmost to deliver your package as fast as possible.
- For scooters in stock, we dispatch the next business day.
- After the scooter is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your account for your reference.
- Normally, the delivery day varies according to your location, but generally 5-12 days within the mainland EU.

2. Delivery Time
In-stock items typically ship from our warehouse in Germany within 3-5 working days once the order is placed and payment has reflected.
Delivery times and fees will vary depending on where you live.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number, so you can track your order(s) from time to time.
We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third party shipping. Any delivery dates provided by Varla are estimates.
Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrenders the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.

3. Change of delivery address
NO FEE for changing the delivery address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
€30 FEE for changing the delivery address is successful if the logistics information shows during transport.
€150 FEE will be charged if the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address.

A perfect e-scooter is when you can enjoy your everyday commuting without have to care about either buses or trains and at the same time having a very good time as you get to work or school. When you prefer to leave the car at home even when the weather forecast maybe says something different!

For us as living partly on the country side alternatives for not taking the car is always in focus. High prices on gas and diesel forces us to think in different minds. Therefore the electric scooter is a big option.
And in that case an electric scooter with some features that makes it available to go on rough roads is important to me. Like dual suspension, a sturdy chassi and water proofness. When you have that collected altogether with good brakes and the dual engine it will be a big deal for a good price
With an electric scooter my everyday drive to work should have been a lot more joyful. At the same as I save gas I also doing a god thing for the environment.

1. Varia Pegasus has all the qualities for commuting: excellent design (sober, modern but elegant, not boisterous or excessive) solidity, stability, front and rear suspensions, good braking system.
It is costly, because is the Ferrari of e-scooters, but it pays itself with the money (and the time) saved, avoiding traditional transportation and parking. Of course, Varia Pegasus will be customizible, to adapt to rules of different countries, whith different speed limits.

- This scooter seems to be a massively solid construction especially for the price with really good specs and a beautiful design.

- I’d prefer a dual motor since it will be stronger and I can drive on more difficult roads and conditions.
