Varla will do our utmost to deliver your package as fast as possible.
- For scooters in stock, we dispatch the next business day.
- After the scooter is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your account for your reference.
- Normally, the delivery day varies according to your location, but generally 5-12 days within the mainland EU.

2. Delivery Time
In-stock items typically ship from our warehouse in Germany within 3-5 working days once the order is placed and payment has reflected.
Delivery times and fees will vary depending on where you live.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number, so you can track your order(s) from time to time.
We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third party shipping. Any delivery dates provided by Varla are estimates.
Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrenders the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.

NO FEE for changing the delivery address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
€30 FEE for changing the delivery address is successful if the logistics information shows during transport.

3. What’s so fascinating about Varla Pegasus?
I have spent long hours trying to find a scooter that has solid tires, strong suspension and enough engine power that makes the scooter a fine choice for bigger guys. A Canadian scooter rewiever told me to check out the Pegasus…..and wow!! This scooter has everything I have been looking for! Great looks, dual motor, solid tires and thumb throttle, and all this comes with a weight capacity of 120+ kilograms. I have probably just found what I have been looking for!

For me the definition of a perfect e-scooter for commuting is that you can carry around to be portable as much as possible.
2. What do you think about riding an e-scooter? Could you share some of your ideas about urban transportation?
For me will be the best. It is sometimes that urban transportation delay in there timetable or earliy than the scheduled time.

It’s the design and color of choice.

Yes, for me using the urban transportation everyday was to hassle and sometimes full on crowd.

Suspension, speed and acceleration.

That would be awesome to be able to be free after work, go on a stroll after work and enjoy nature.

Dual motors are the best for hill climbing and speed junkies.

Yes, the design was unique not like some other brands that only change some internals but the outside appearance is still the same.

Working as a key worker throughout this whole awful global pandemic in the UK I currently use an e scooter to get me to and from work on a daily basis.
This Varla Pegasus is a serious step up in every single aspect for me, speed, power, dual motors, amazingly clear display, visible in any environment, the extra weight limit compared to the e scooter I currently use, the obvious look and being one of the only scooters out there having all the above and also the added piece of mind of having solid puncture proof tyres means this scooter is a win win win all the way for me.
An all around very eye catching scooter, looking like no other and with top performance in every category. Using this scooter to commute each and every day would be less of a chore, it would be a pleasure.
