We currently provide shipping to the Mainland EU.
Varla will do our utmost to deliver your package as fast as possible.
- For scooters in stock, we dispatch the next business day.
- After the scooter is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your account for your reference.
- Normally, the delivery day varies according to your location, but generally 5-12 days within the mainland EU.

2. Delivery Time
In-stock items typically ship from our warehouse in Germany within 3-5 working days once the order is placed and payment has reflected.
Delivery times and fees will vary depending on where you live.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number, so you can track your order(s) from time to time.
We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third party shipping. Any delivery dates provided by Varla are estimates.
Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrenders the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.
*Due to the impact of the epidemic, the time for the order to be delivered to you will be different from the estimated time by 5-15 days.
3. Change of delivery address
NO FEE for changing the delivery address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
€30 FEE for changing the delivery address is successful if the logistics information shows during transport.
€150 FEE will be charged if the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address.

Scooting Forward
The insane scooter is definitely one of the top scooters💯🔝
Been using the local Scooter Share service alot. ITs a good alternative to the (always late) public transport and my Mountainbike which is just not perfect for daily commuting. i dont own a car. With a strong Scooter like that i wouldnt have to rely on expensive Public transport. I could sleep more and pay less. Win win.
4. Do you think commuting by electric scooter would be a cost-effective way?
A. Yes it will be cost-effective for sure if I use an electric scooter for my daily city commuting.
5. What features do you expect most for an adult electric scooter?
A. To be a solid construction scooter so that I can move safely, to be strong and have proper power in order to commute in the city without having in mind the fear that I will get it “on hand” and of course to achieve quite a lot distance range with a strong and solid battery built-in the scooter.
7. Which do you prefer: single motor or dual motor electric scooter?
A. I prefer a dual-motor scooter in order to be more stable and strong feeling when driving it!
No way back! You have to go forward! It is the only thing you can and will do, go forward! I want to do it with Varla!
Dual motors, the push and pull. That is what makes the difference.
1. I think the perfect scooter would need to have long range with comfort.
2. I love riding my scooter, it’s still somewhat new in my area. People are constantly asking where I got it.
3. I love how the Varla Pegasus has the dual motor and solid tires.
4. I ride my scooter to work every now and then. I personally think it’s a great idea. My vehicle is a gas hog, this is a great option for me.
